Baby Pod is passionate about offering quality products - we want you to love your pod as much as we do!

If you need to return an item(s), please ensure that you identify which of the below processes is most appropriate, then follow accordingly to ensure that we are able to assist you to the best of our ability.

 

Change Of Mind

Change of mind returns are eligible for a product exchange or credit. Note, ONLY on full-priced items and within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on any discounted items.

Shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are at the expense of the customer. 

 

Faulty

In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged we will happily honour a replacement or full refund providing the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If a product displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receipt of goods we will happily honour a replacement.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.
