Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been placed and dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Baby Pod cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Missing parcel inquiries must be directed to the selected courier. Find out more about lodging a missing parcel inquiry with Australia Post here.

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for reshipment is at the expense of the customer.
